Message	I am going down Saturday to pick up the Z, it passed smog and is running really strong (sz testpipes are now in place). From my first round of 3zc upgrades (fmic, oil relocator kit, kragen fuel lines, etc....) I hacked on my stock bumper pretty good. I am looking into the 99 bumper, but it seems that the liscense plate shaving has had less than stellar reviews. It seems that after some time the shaven part starts to show through the paint, what are some of your experiences and is it worth the option (either just keep it the way it is, have the body shop do the shaving, or pay the $160 and have the business do it)?
